Mayor Scott did not engage in the <br />discussion because of his absence from said meeting. <br /> <br />Council received the recommendation of the Planning Commission for <br />approval of the tentative map of Tract No. 32513, creating a 5 unit <br />condominium at 736 West Southview Road. It was MOVED by Councilman <br />Gilb, seconded by Councilwoman Lauber and carried on roll call vote <br />as follows, that the tentative map of said tract be APPROVED subject <br />to all conditions as outlined by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABS ENT : <br /> <br />Council Members Gilb, Helms, Lauber, Saelid, Scott <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />,The Planning Director explained that a letter had been received from <br />Milton Bade, President of Bade Construction Co., Inc" proposed <br />developer of Tentative Tract 26144, requesting Council to refer their <br />revised plan to the Planning Commission for further consideration, <br />There being no objection, Council referred the matter to the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Council received Planning Commission Resolution No, 859 granting a <br />conditional use permit for expansion and remodeling of a restaurant <br />at 130 West Huntington Drive. The proposed. modernization and re- <br />decoration would increase the seating capacity from 41 seats to 50 seats. <br /> <br />It was MOVED by Councilman Saelid, seconded by Councilman Gilb and <br />carried unanimously that Planning Commission Resolution No. 859 be <br />RATIFIED, <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />8-20-74 <br />
