<br />1 RO" "" <br /> <br /> <br />WATER <br />DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />LIBRARY <br /> <br />GENERAL CITY <br /> <br />DIAL-A-RIDE <br /> <br />CITY CLERK <br /> <br />COUNCIL CHAMBER <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />TO EXECUTIVE <br />SESSION <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />20:8574A <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA <br /> <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />JUNE 10, 1974 <br />(BUDGET REVIEW) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Arcadia, California met in an <br />adjourned regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. on June 10, 1974 in the <br />Conference Room of the Arcadia City Hall to study the proposed <br />budget for 1974-75. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen Helms, Lauber, Saelid, Scott <br />Councilman Gilb <br /> <br />Council considered the remainder of the Water Department budget <br />and made only one change -- the addition of an Operations <br />Coordinator at $19,200 annually ($1600 monthly salary). This <br />will be reflected in Account No. 20-270. <br /> <br />Account No. 460-38 - air conditioning maintenance costs increased <br />by $1,600. <br /> <br />417-32 - Staff will check other cities contributing to the San <br />Gabriel Valley Symphony Association. The Association had asked for <br />consideration of increasing its contribution. <br /> <br />Staff explored the proposed Dial-A-Ride Program which has <br />$117,500 reflected in this budget. It is under proposed use - <br />Municipal Transportation System. <br /> <br />403-30 - Increased $800. <br /> <br />This item will be on the official agenda for June 18 for discussion. <br /> <br />At 9 p.m. Council entered an executtve session. Reconvened and <br />adjourned to JUNE 13 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />
