Scott <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen Gilb, Helms, Lauber, Saelid, Scott <br />None <br /> <br />MINUTE <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />On MOTION by Councilman Helms, seconded by Councilman Saelid and <br />carried unanimously the minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 21 and <br />the Adjourned Regular Meetings of May 23 were APPROVED. <br /> <br />]) f1 tile, ~ <br />(( r~I'\I(::" <br /> <br />Application of Ben Fishe~ new owner of the Drinkers Hall of Fame <br />located at 151 E. Huntington Drive for a Council Permit to operate <br />said business. This is a change of ownership application. Mayor <br />\ Scott declared the hearing open and Mr. Fisher introduced himself to <br />/)/, . 11::.. Council and stated in part that he understands the conditions under <br />\.r-: 1.11 ~ I) which the former owner operated and would comply fully with all regu- <br />lations. No one else desired to be heard the hearing was CLOSED on <br />MOTION by Councilman Helms, seconded by Councilman Gilb and carried <br />unanimously. It was further MOVED by Councilman Helms, seconded by <br />Councilman Gilb and carried unanimously that the application for a <br />Council Permit be APPROVED subject to all conditions which have been <br />previously imposed. <br /> <br />HEARING <br />(Counc il <br />Permit ) <br /> <br />HEARING <br />(Counc il <br />Permit) <br /> <br />p~ <br /> <br />Application of Aldo and Cheryl Fusco, new owners of the Arcadia <br />Gardens Miniature Golf Course, 135 E. Live Oak Avenue, for a Council <br />Permit to operate the business. This is a change of ownership appli- <br />cation. Mayor Scott declared the hearing open and no one desiring <br />to be heard the hearing was CLOSED on MOTION by Councilman Helms, <br />seconded by Councilman Saelid and carried unanimously. It was then <br />MOVED by Councilman Gilb, seconded by Councilman Saelid and carried <br />unanimously that the'application for a Council Permit be APPROVED <br />subject to any conditions which have been previously imposed. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />HEARING <br />TRACT <br />NO. 32542 <br />(Oakhurst <br /> <br />Time scheduled for a public hearing on the environmental impact report <br />and tentative map of Tract No. 32542, 255-275 Oakhurst Lane. The <br />Planning Director explained that this map had been revised from the <br />Lane) original 9 lots to 7 lots which would front on Oakhurst Lane, a <br />private Street. He exhibited clear films which indicated lots to be <br />Ole fI II between 75 and 80 feet in width and from 129 to 202 feet deep. The <br />[' '1'7 street itself is over 600 feet long - 30 ft. wide and is a cui de sac. <br />~I 1~ J Some discussion ensued on whether or not to hold separate hearings, <br />'I}\ '/i. e., on the EIR and the subdivision itself.
