<br />I. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE <br />SESSION <br /> <br />RECONVENE <br /> <br />CIA 1M <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />24: 9988a <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA <br /> <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />APRIL 1, 1980 <br /> <br />Councilman Gilb, Parry, Pellegrino, Saelid and Margett <br /> <br />The City Council met in adjourned session on April 1, 1980 at 7 p.m. <br /> <br />The City Council explored the scheduled agenda items for the <br />regular meeting to convene at 7:30 p.m. Also two items which are <br />not on the agenda but will be incorporated therein at the proper Lime. <br /> <br />Discussion held on the creation of a technical ad hoc committee <br />to evaluate the proposals for cable television. Mike Santana <br />and George Watts with Councilman Saelid to act as liaison. <br /> <br />Discussion held on temporary banners. It was the concensus that <br />the code remain as it is for the time being..that the existing <br />ordinance be enforced until such time as an opportunity has <br />presented itself to review the section. <br /> <br />At 7:25 p.m. Council entered an executive session to consider <br />litigation. <br /> <br />At 7:30 p.m. Council reconvened and took the following action. <br /> <br />It was MOVED by Councilman Parry, seconded by Councilman Saelid <br />and carried on roll call vote as follows that the claim of <br />Patricia Young Blum be approved. <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Gilb, Parry, Pellegrino, Saelid and Margett <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />At 7:35 p.m. the meeting adjourned sine die. <br /> <br />.IL <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Christine Van Maanen <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />4-1-80 <br />
