No. ll52 recommending approval of Text Amendment <br />relating to R-2 medium density multiple-family residential zoning regula- <br />tions. The Planning Director explained in detail the recommendation and <br />included in the report before Council is a table comparing the various <br />sections of the R-2 code with the existing standards and what is proposed. <br />Councilman Haltom expressed appreciation for the efforts to clarify his <br />questions. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Mayor Pellegrino declared the hearing open and no one desiring to be heard <br />the hearing was CLOSED on MOTION ,by Councilman Saelid, seconded by Council- <br />man Dring and carried unanimously. It was further MOVED by Councilman 'Sae- <br />lid, seconded by Councilman Gilb and carried on roll call vote as follows <br />that Council approve and file the Negative Declaration and find that the <br />project will not have a significant effect on the environment and that the <br />City Attorney be directed to prepare the appropriate ordinance. <br /> <br />AYES <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen Dring, Gilb, Haltom, Saelid, Pellegrino <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Council recessed in order to act as the <br /> <br />ARCADIA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />ABSENT : <br /> <br />Members Dring, Gilb, Haltom, Saelid, Pellegrino <br />None <br /> <br />Staff responded to questions concerning the Trilco development and indi- <br />cated that the architectural plans are going out to bid with hopefully <br />construction during this summer - that the developer appears confident <br />he can obtain financing. As to the proposed Neptune and Thomas develop- <br />ment meetings are being held and the Agency will be kept informed as to <br />progress. <br /> <br />The Agency Counsel presented, explained the content and read the title of <br />AM Resolution No. 62, entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCADIA REDEVELOP- <br />MENT AGENCY APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 1980-1981." <br /> <br />It was MOVED by Member Gilb, seconded by Member Haltom and carried on roll <br />call vote as follows that the further reading of the full text of ARA Reso- <br />lution No. 62 be waived. <br /> <br />AYES <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Members Dring, Gilb, Haltom, Saelid, Pellegrino <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />It was further MOVED by Member Gilb, seconded by Member Haltom and carried <br />on roll call vote as follows that ARA Resolution No. 62 be ADOPTED. <br /> <br />AYES <br />NOES <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Members Gilb, Haltom, Saelid, Pellegrino <br />Member Dring <br />None <br /> <br />The Agency adjourned to a Closed Session following this meeting. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />2-3-81 <br />
