Whereupon he presented for the first time, explained <br />the content and read the title of Ordinance No. 1068, entitled: "AN <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, <br />APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO SAID CITY OF THAT CERTAIN UNINHABITED <br />TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS TO SAID CITY, DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION NO. 3166 <br />ADOPTED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL ON SEPTEMBER 1, 1959, AND DESIGNATED <br />THEREIN AS 'ANNEXATION NO. 19, SOUTH ARCADIA UNINHABITED (REVISED)'." <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Phillips, seconded by Councilman Camphouse and <br />carried on roll call vote as follows that the full reading of Ordinance <br />No. 1068 be waived: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Camphouse, Jacobi, Phillips, Reibold <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Balser <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Phillips, seconded by Councilman Camphouse and <br />carried on roll call vote as follows that Ordinance No. 1068 be <br />introduced: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Camphouse, Jacobi, Phillips, Reibold <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Balser <br /> <br />The City Attorney also presented for the first time, explained the <br />content and read the title of Ordinance No. 1067, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING <br />CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE LIMITS OF PROPOSED 'ANNEXATION NO. 19, <br />SOUTH ARCADIA UNINHABITED (REVISED' IN ZONES R-2, R-3, C-2, CM, CM AND <br />D (ARCHITECTURAL OVERLAY) AND M-l." <br /> <br />He explained that this ordinance was prepared pursuant to the preliminary <br />determinations made by the City Council after hearings before both the <br />Planning Commission and the City Council, and that when adopted will <br />place on the property in the subject annexation the respective zonings I <br />heretofore determined by the Council as appropriate to be imposed upon <br />the property concurrent with its annexation. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Jacobi, seconded by Councilman Camphouse and carried <br />on roll call vote as follows that the reading of the full body of <br />Ordinance No. 1067 be waived': <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Camphouse, Jacobi, Phillips, Reibold <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Balser <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Jacobi, seconded by Councilman camphouse and carried <br />on roll call vote as follows that Ordinance No. 1067 be introduced: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Camphouse, Jacobi, Phillips, Reibold <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Balser <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />10- 22- 59 <br />
