Councilman <br />Jacobi seconded the motion and it was carried on roll call vote as <br />follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Balser, Jacobi, Phillips, Reibold <br />NOES: None' <br />ABSENT: Councilman Camphouse <br /> <br />Councilman Balser moved that Council accept the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission and indicate its intention to approve the following <br />lot splits upon compliance with the following conditions: <br /> <br />No. 257 - Bank of America, 656 West Duarte Road <br /> <br />1. File a final map with the City Engineer. <br />2. Pay $25.00 recreation fee. <br />3. File a covenant to insure that the retained southerly portion <br />will be used for parking purposes, and not as a building site. . <br /> <br />No. 260 - Forrest L. Wilkinson, 1117-1119 West Duarte Road <br /> <br />1. File a final map with the City Engineer. <br />2. Record a covenant to insure the removal of all existing build- <br />ings within 60 days after the close of escrow. <br /> <br />No. 261 - Morris Roseman, 1203 S. Eighth Avenue <br /> <br />1. File a final map with the City Engineer. <br />2. Pay $25.00 recreation fee. <br />3. Dedicate the west 30 feet of the property for street purposes <br />and post a sufficient surety bond to guarantee its full improve- <br />ment as required by the Subdivision Ordinance. <br />4.
