<br />tA-({3'l <br /> <br />(Hearing - <br />Woodruff Way <br />Continued) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />No. 3245 <br /> <br />iUJs) <br />J ~~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />No. 3246 <br /> <br />jy~r <br /> <br />iJ.v.~1,1.1,~ <br /> <br />Mayor Reibold then inquired of the City Clerk as to whether she had the <br />-following affidavits relative to this hearing, to wit: Affidavit of <br />Publication, Affidavit of Posting and Affidavit of Mailing, to which she <br />replied that she had such affidavits. <br /> <br />Councilman Phillips moved that said affidavits be received and filed, which <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Jacobi and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Reibold then inquired of the City Clerk as to whether she had received <br />any written protests or objections, to which the City Clerk replied that she <br />had received no written protests or objections. <br /> <br />Mayor Reibold inquired if anyone in the audience desired to speak on the <br /> <br />matter. 1 <br /> <br />No one desiring to speak, Mayor Reibold inquired of the City Engineer if <br />the properties proposed to be assessed under this district are not presently <br />sewered and in his opinion public convenience and necessity do require the <br />formation of a district for this purpose, to which the City Engineer replied <br />that properties proposed to be assessed under this district are not presently <br />sewered and in his opinion public convenience and necessity do ,require the <br />formation of a district for this purpose. <br /> <br />Councilman Balser moved that the hearing be closed. Councilman Camphouse <br />seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The City Attorney then presented, explained the content and read the title <br />of Resolution No. 3245, entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARCADIA FINDING THAT THE PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE <br />THE IMPROVEMENT OF WOODRUFF WAY IN THE CITY OF ARCADIA." <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Jacobi, seconded by Councilman Phillips and carried on <br />roll call vote as follows that the reading of the full body of Resolution <br />No. 3245 be waived: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Balser, camphouse, Jacobi, Phillips, Reibold <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Councilman Jacobi further moved that Resolution No. 3245 be adopted. Motion <br />seconded by Councilman Phillips and carried on roll call vote as follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Balser, Camphouse, Jacobi, Phillips, Reibold <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />The City Attorney also presented, explained the content and read the title <br />of Resolution No. 3246, entitled: "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARCADIA DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO IMPROVE WOODRUFF WAY IN THE CITY <br />OF ARCADIA BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS, DETERMINING THAT BONDS <br />SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT THE COST THEREFOR, DECLARING THE WORK TO BE 1 <br />OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT, AND THAT THE EXPENSE THEREOF <br />SHALL BE ASSESSED UPON A DISTRICT." <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Phillips, seconded by Councilman Camphouse and carried <br />On roll call vote as follows that the reading of the full body of Resolution <br />No. 3246 be waived: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Balser, Camphouse, Jacobi, Phillips, Reibold <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Councilman Phillips further moved that Resolution No. 3246 be adopted. <br />Motion seconded by Councilman Jacobi and carried on roll call vote as <br />follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Balser, Camphouse, Jacobi, Phillips, Reibold <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />4-19-60 <br />
