Reibold <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen Balser, Forman, Turner, Reibold <br />Councilman Considine <br /> <br />The Minutes of the regular meeting of November 2, 1965 were APPROVED <br />on MOTION by Councilman Forman, seconded by Councilman Balser and <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Captain Barnes of the Arcadia Mounted Police <br />the organization had won in recent parades. <br />in City Hall. <br /> <br />presented trophies which <br />They will be on display <br /> <br />On MOTION by Councilman Turner, seconded by Councilman Forman and <br />carried unanimously, the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br />(Resolution No. 570) concerning regulations applicable to Zones C-2 <br />and C-3 (Commercial Zones) was scheduled for public hearing on <br />DECEMBER 7, 1965 at 8 P.M. <br /> <br />The final map of this Tract (156-160 W. Duarte Road) was recommended <br />for disapproval by the Planning Commission on the basis that Same was <br />not in substantial compliance with the conditions of approval of the <br />tentative map, which indicated the creation of one lot whereas the <br />final map indicated the creation of SeVen lots. The Planning <br />Director explained the areas in non-compliance with the Subdivision <br />Land and Map Act and local regulations. <br /> <br />Allyn Barber, attorney for the subdivider, Arthur Bauman, stated in <br />substance that the tentative map was prepared in accordance with the <br />suggestions of the Planning Department; that it reflected one lot on <br />which it was proposed to construct six units. He referred <br />specifically to the condie ions on which a variance was granted for <br />property on Duarte Road including the subject property (Resolution <br />No. 3714). <br /> <br />Areas of agreement were explained and the City Attorney stated that <br />the only disagreement was because of the creation on the final map of <br />six lots under six separate ownerships with common ownership of the <br />seventh, ::o~e of which comply with the Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />11-16-65 <br />
