Councilman <br />Balser seconded the motion which was carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL <br />BOARD <br />1.(<.: <br /> <br />The recommendation of the Personnel Board that the title of Building <br />Inspector replace the existing Assistant Building Inspector was <br />APPROVED on MOTION by Councilman Reibold, seconded by Councilman <br />Balser and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />, <br />'! <br />. <br /> <br />WATER <br />DISTRICT <br />SUIT <br /> <br />The City Manager enumerated changes in the settlement documents in <br />connection with the Long Beach vs Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal <br />Water District suit which have been approved by the Joint Negotiating <br />Committee. Resolution No. 3703, authorizing the execution of a <br />Reimbursement Contract and Stipulation for Judgment was adopted by <br />the City Council on August 20, 1964. The City Manager advised that <br />he and the Water Superintendent have reviewed the changes and <br />recommend,Council approval. Councilman Reibold MOVED that the changes <br />be approved.
