Dannaman, Pastor of the ~erican Lutheran Church. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF <br />ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Mayor Dale E. Turner <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT : <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen Balser, Considine, Forman, Reibold, Turner <br />I <br />None <br /> <br />MINUTE <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of December 10, 1964 <br />and the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 15, 1964 were <br />APPROVED on MOTION by Councilman Forman, seconded by Councilman <br />Reibold and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />.!JJO <br /> <br />Application of Joseph W. Wilson for a business permit to operate the <br />Arcadia Bowling Alley, billiard tables, restaurant and bar at <br />71 Morlan Place. . Mayor Turner declared the hearing open and inquired <br />if anyone desired to address Council. Mr. Wilson advised that he has <br />acquired all interests in the Bowling Alley and is desirous of <br />operating same and all related activities. No one else desiring to <br />be heard the hearing was closed on MOTION by Councilman Reibold, <br />seconded by Councilman Forman and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />HEARING <br />(Wils on) <br /> <br />MOTION was then made by Councilman Reibold, seconded by Councilman <br />Considine and carried unanimously that the application be APPROVED <br />and that a business permit be issued Mr. Joseph W. Wilson. <br /> <br />EQUIPl-!ENT <br />PURCHASE <br />(Police) <br /> <br />The recommendation of the City Manager and the Purchasing Officer <br />was APPROVED on MOTION by Councilman Considire, seconded by <br />Councilman Forman and carried on roll call vote as follows that the <br />low bid of S. E. Chubbuck Sales Company in the amount of $5,010.03 <br />be accepted for the purchase of two police ~olo motorcycles and one <br />}O: ~ police servicycle with trade-in of used similar equipment; that all <br />r ~other bids be rejected and that all irregularities or informalities <br />.
