Considine <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen Arth, Butterworth, Considine, Rage <br />Mayor Forman <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tempore' Considine presented on behalf of the legislative <br />body a plaque honoring Joseph C. Boggio for his years of service on <br />the Civil Defense and Disaster Board. <br /> <br />On MOTION by Councilman Arth, seconded;by Councilman Rage and carried <br />unanimously the minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 15, 1966 <br />were APPROVED as submitted in writing. <br /> <br />It was MOVED by Councilman Butterworth, seconded by Councilman Rage <br />and carried unanimously that provisions of the procedural ordinance <br />be waived in order to take agenda items out of sequence for the <br />convenience of Councilman Butterworth who asked to be excused for <br />emergency reasons. <br /> <br />It was MOVED by Councilman Arth, seconded by Councilman Butterworth <br />and carried on roll call vote as follows that the City Council accept <br />the recommendation of the City Manager and the Purchasing Officer and <br />award the contract for the purchase of a truck-mounted aerial tower <br />in the amount of $15,051.49 to Wegge Motors; that all other bids be <br />1~ rejected; that any informalities or irregularities in the bids or <br />l~, bidding process be waived and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and <br />they are hereby authorized to execute a contract in form approved by <br />the City Attorney.
