Hoffman at 1432 S. Sixth Avenue be acquired at <br />$30,000; that the Mayor, City Clerk, City Manager and City Attorney <br />be and they are hereby authorized to execute such documents as may <br />be necessary in form approved by the City Attorney, and that the sum <br />of $30,200 be transferred from Capital Projects Account No. 285 in <br />the General Fund to Capital Improvements Account No. 632 - Park Site <br />Acquisition - South Sixth Avenue: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Councilmen Balser, Considine, Forman, Turner, Reibold <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />It was MOVED by Councilman Turner, seconded by Councilman Forman and <br />carried on roll call vote as follows that the City accept the work <br />as completed by Paul Sanker Company, landscape contractor in the <br />beautification of Santa Anita Avenue from Huntington Drive to <br />Colorado Boulevard, and that final payment be made in accordanc~ <br />with the contract.
