Loan Association for <br />property located at the northwe~t corner of First Avenue and <br />Huntington Drive. I <br />I <br /> <br />.' , <br />Chairman Hargett declared the hearing open and in response to an : <br />inquiry by Randolph Shipley, representing Robert Donaldson advised <br />that no communications had been received concerning this matter <br />other than that from Mr. Donaldson. '; <br /> <br />No one else desiring to be hear& it was MOVED by Member Saelid, <br />. , ' <br />seconded by ~mber Parry and car,tied unanimously.that the hearing be <br />CONTINUED TO qcTOBER 2, 1979 at ;5 p.m. <br /> <br />Member Parry asked for an execu~iv~'session on pending litigation and <br /> <br />the Agency entered an executive sess~on at 5:40 p.m. <br />i <br /> <br />At 6:20 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />The District representative 0 the Los Angeles County Flood Control <br />District explained in detail th need of the District for revenue to <br />fund operations; Using charts t e and costs were <br />explained. A benefit assessment d been proposed to be based on <br />properties. It would run about $S 0 per.9600 sq. ft. per <br />year assessed to the property owner Support of the proposal was <br />requested.
