<br />I <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />DRIVEWAY <br />EASEMENT <br />RATIFIED <br />(65 N, <br />First Av.) <br /> <br />EASEMENT FOR <br />STORM DRAIN <br />& UTILITY <br />PURPOSES <br />(130 E, <br />Santa Clara) <br /> <br />I ~O__" <br /> <br />M I NUT E S <br /> <br />ARCADIA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />APRIL 5, 1977 <br /> <br />The Arcadia Redevelopment Agency met in regular session on April 5, 1977 <br />1977 at 7:40 p.m. in the Arcadia City Hall Council Chamber. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Members Gilb, Margett, Parry, Saelid, Lauber <br />None <br /> <br />On MOTION by Member Gilb, seconded by Member Saelid and carried unani- <br />mously the minutes of the regular meeting of March 15 were APPROVED. <br /> <br />In connection with the lot consolidation of property at 65 N. First <br />Avenue it is now necessary to formally ratify the recording of an <br />easement. The purpose of this consolidation was to provide a site for <br />the Arcadia Medical Center development (Dr, James Chinn, et all. One <br />of the conditions required that reciprocal easements be executed <br />between parcels for driveway purposes. The Agency is now being <br />requested to ratify the recording of the easement, It was MOVED by <br />Member Gilb, seconded by Member Parry and carried on roll call vote as <br />follows that the recorded Grant of Easement by the Agency to the <br />Arcadia Medical Center, Inc., for driveway purposes be RATIFIED. <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Members Gilb, Margett, Parry, Saelid, Lauber <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />As part of the conditions of approval for a lot split application filed <br />jointly by the Agency and Frank L. Winnaman at 130 E. Santa Clara Street <br />an easement for storm drain and utility purposes was required by the <br />Department of Public Works. The easement was granted to Mr, Winnaman. <br />Since the recordation of the easement the Agency has sold its interest <br />in this property to Raymond R. and Norma Link. At the time of this <br />transaction the easement was not conveyed with the site to the Links. <br />The Agency is now being requested to convey this easement to the new <br />property owner so it will be the Link's responsibility for its main- <br />tenance and upkeep.
