<br />I''" em <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />ARA-13 <br />ADOPTED <br /> <br />d-/J G. 7 <br /> <br />J"~~m <br /> <br />M I NUT E S <br /> <br />ARCADIA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />JUNE 18, 1974 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />The Arcadia Community Redevelopment Agency met in regular session <br />on June l8, 1974 in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Members Helms, Lauber, Saelid, Scott <br />Member Gil b <br /> <br />On MOTION by Member Helms, seconded by Member Lauber and carried <br />unanimollsly M~nlher GlIb was excused. <br /> <br />The City Manager advised that under the provisions of the Redevelopment <br />Plan it is necessary to adopt standards for design and development <br />within six months after approval of the plan; in order to meet this <br />requirement he recommended that same be adopted. <br /> <br />The City Attorney presented, explained the content and read the title <br />of Resolution No. ARA-13, entitled: "RESOLUTION OF THE ARCADIA <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTROLS," <br /> <br />It was MOVED by Member Helms, seconded by Member Lauber and carried <br />on roll call vote as follows that the reading of the full body of <br />Resolution ARA-13 be WAIVED: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Members Helms, Lauber, Saelid, Scott <br />None <br />Member Gilb <br /> <br />It was MOVED by Member Helms, seconded by Member Lauber and carried on <br />roll call vote as follows that Resolution ARA-13 be ADOPTED. <br /> <br />AYES, <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Members Helms, Lauber, Saelid, Scott <br />None <br />Member Gilb <br /> <br />It was pointed out by Councilman Saelid that this action is tat~en in <br />order for the Agency to fulfill its legal obligations within the <br />established time period. He continued in part that eRA is a question <br />Council must deal with.that he would rather deal with it on its merits <br />, <br />rather than on a technicality.
