Helms, Jr. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Councilman Arth, Considine, Helms, Butterworth <br />ABSENT: Councilman Hage <br /> <br />On MOTION by Councilman Helms, seconded by Councilman Considine and <br />carried unanimously, the minutes of the regular meeting of June 2, <br />1970 Were APPROVED. <br /> <br />CONTINUED - Appeal filed from the decision of the Planning Commission <br />in its denial of the application of Mrs. Harry Friedman for a lot split <br />at 120 - 150 E. Duarte Road. <br /> <br />The City Attorney explained what has transpired since this matter was <br />continued by Council (April 21, 1970); that the persons involved had <br />not yet reached a meeting of the minds and recommended a continuance <br />to the next regular meeting (July 7); that during ~he interim further <br />attempts will be made to resolve the matter.
