<br />I <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />CHICAGO <br />PARK <br />PLAN <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />18: 7507-A <br /> <br />M I NUT E S <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 2, 1969 <br /> <br />Pursuant to notices calling a Special Meeting of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency, said meeting was held in the Council <br />Chamber of the Arcadia City Hall on September 2, 1969, at 8:55 P.M. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Members Butterworth, Considine, Hage, Helms, Arth <br />None <br /> <br />Chairman Arth referred to the preliminary plan for the Chicago Park <br />Redevelopment Project Area as prepared by the Planning Consultants <br />and approved by the Planning Commission and explored its statement <br />of purpose and boundaries of the project area (generally bounded by <br />Peck Road on the west, the City of Irwindale on the north and east, <br />and the City of El Monte on the south). <br /> <br />It was noted that the Planning Department is currently working on the <br />official redevelopment plan for Chicago Park, whereupon it was MOVED <br />by Member Hage, seconded by Member Butterworth and carried unanimously <br />that pursuant to the State Redevelopment Law a statement that a <br />Redevelopment Plan is being prepared for the subject area be submitted <br />to the Los Angeles County Assessor along with a boundary outline.
