<br />ORDINANCE NO. 32. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BO/lRD OF THUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA <br />FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HOLDING MENrINGS OF SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br />AND REPEALING ALL .0RDINANCF..8 IN CONFLICT THEllli'WITH. <br />, <br /> <br />THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO ORDAIN AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.. The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Arcadia shall be held on the first Saturday of each and every <br /> <br /> <br />month at 2 o'clook P. M., provided that whenever the time for any meeting <br /> <br /> <br />falls upon a legal holiday, said meeting shall be held on the next <br /> <br /> <br />business day, unless otherwise ordered by said Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />Section ~. All meetings of said Board of Trustees shall be held <br />at the Council Chamber in McCoy's Hall at the Southwest corner of St. <br />Joseph and First Streets in said City of Arcadia. <br />Seotion 2' That Ordinance No.1 of said City of Arcadia, en~ <br />titled, "An Ordinance fixing the time of holding regular meetings of the <br />Board of Trustees and designating the place of regular and special meet- <br />ings, adopted and approved on the 17th, day of August, 1903", and all <br />Ordinances and parts of Ordinanoes in conflict herewith, be and the same <br />are hereby repealed. <br />Seotion ~. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Monrovia <br />Messenger, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in the City of <br />Monrovia, California, and hereby designated for that purpose, and shall <br />post the same in at least three public places in said City of Arcadia, <br />and at the expiration of 30 days from the final passage of this Ordinance, <br />the same shall take effect and be in force. <br />The foregoing ordinance was adopted at a re~llar meeting of the <br />Board of Trustees of the City of Arcadia, held on the 4th day ~ovember, <br />1912, by the affirmative vote of at least three trustees, to-wit: <br /> <br />Ayes: Messrs. Stocker, Bowman, Barnes, Parker and Unruh. <br />Noes: None <br /> <br />Nnd.signed and approved this 4th day of November, 1912. <br /> <br />H. A.
