ARCADIA CITY COUNCIL <br /> REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> TUESDAY, JULY 19, 2016 <br /> CALL TO ORDER— Mayor Beck called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL OF CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> PRESENT: Chandler, Tay, Verlato, Amundson, and Beck <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS —No one appeared. <br /> STUDY SESSION <br /> a. Report, discussion, and direction concerning the Citywide Historic Resources <br /> Survey Report. <br /> It was moved by Mayor Beck, seconded by Council Member Tay that staff (1) proceed with <br /> public outreach to provide information to the residents and allow time for feedback; (2) prepare <br /> detailed costs analysis of recommended options including staffing implications; (3) prepare <br /> potential timeline for implementation; and (4) return to the City Council in a future Study session <br /> for further consideration, after the Nos. 1-3 are completed. <br /> AYES: Beck, Tay, Chandler, Verlato, and Amundson <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> CLOSED SESSION <br /> b. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1.) to confer with legal counsel <br /> regarding the matter of Judith Cook; Pamela McGinnis v.
